Refund policy

ALL OUR PRINTED GARMENTS ARE CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER:
All our products (clothes and accessories) are made to order and customized by printing the design on a blank product.
The designs can be printed as they appear on the listing's picture or personalized with additional customer's requirements.
We print the design on the blank product using DTG or 3D technology upon receiving your order.
Therefore, all orders are final sale (non refundable, non exchangeable) and only eligible for an exchange or a return if you have received a defective product (wrong color, size or design).
If you notice a problem with your order, please contact us and attach a picture of the defect. You will then have 14 days from the delivery day to return the product to us, provide the tracking number and apply for a full refund or a replacement.
The return address will be communicated to you after validation of your complaint. 

Please follow the following steps to request a return:
  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
  2. Provide a picture showing the defect on the product
  3. Use a tracked service to return the order to the address we will provide you  by email
  4. Send all items back to us and provide tracking number.
Please note that:
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in the original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Any item returned to us without contacting us won't unfortunately be accept. Please ensure that you follow the guidelines provided above to apply for an exchange or a refund.

Notice to EU consumers:
In accordance with article 16 (c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be provided for:
  • The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized
  • Sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and therefore cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
All our printed items are not eligible for the right of withdrawal due to their customization. Only non customized jewelry can be exchanged or refunded. NH Creativ therefore reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
We do not accept returns of products (unless faulty) such as, but not limited to, face masks as well as underwear or swimwear that are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons.
By placing an order, you automatically accept our sales general terms and conditions.
