WHAT ARE YOUR PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES?
- T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and mugs (printed on the front side) are fulfilled within 5 business days.
- Dresses, duvet and cushion covers, scarves, ties, jewelry, backpacks, tote bags , fully printed t-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies are fulfilled within 14 days.
- Please note that the fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. Delivery time then takes 2 to 7 days.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We dispatch all orders from one of our production facilities worldwide (United Kingdom, France, United States, Canada ...) so that they can reach you faster.
HOW CAN I FOLLOW THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?
Once we ship your parcel, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number of your package. You can use it to track your shipping status.
THE TRACKING INDICATES THAT THE PACKAGES HAS BEEN "DELIVERED" BUT CUSTOMER HAS NOT RECEIVED THEIR ORDER?
NH Creativ does not cover the shipment of a new package if tracking number indicates that the parcel has been delivered to the address you provided.
We rely on the tracking information. If the order tracking indicates "delivered", it won't be possible to claim for a refund or replacement.
Often, the package will have been left with the caretaker, a neighbor or the customer does not have a standardized box.
If the letterbox is not standardized or the package cannot be left inside (because it contains too many things), the carrier company can also leave it at the post office.
We recommend that you go to the nearest post office with the tracking number and an identity document in order to collect your order.
In the event of a delivery failure resulting in the package being returned to us, we will send you an email to notify you. You can then opt for a new shipment of your package at your expense. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 4 weeks.
